Rodis Togo is a cosmetics manufacturing and distribution company operating in Togo
and over 15 additional countries across Africa and beyond. With approximately 200
employees and three dedicated sales teams, they were relying on an in-house ERP
system that did not adequately support their growing sales and commercial needs. Their
urgent challenge was to improve sales management, field force tracking, and reporting
capabilities while maintaining operational efficiency without complex integrations at this
stage. Partnering with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, Rodis Togo chose Odoo ERP
to enhance their sales operations through a customized solution focusing on mobile
sales, GPS tracking, route planning, and real-time check-ins/out from client sites. This
simplified the sales process by enabling field sales reps to create orders directly from
the mobile app, supported manager approvals, and provided detailed dashboards and
KPIs. This approach empowered Rodis Togo to boost sales efficiency, improve field
visibility, and maintain control over their distribution network.
