RetroFam

RetroFam operated a complex global gaming procurement network without a centralized system to track incoming shipments or supplier lead times. We engineered a "command center" in Odoo that automated purchase orders across Japan, the USA, and Europe. A custom Landed Cost Calculator was integrated to provide real-time pricing accuracy by factoring in duties and currency fluctuations. These enhancements allowed RetroFam to cut fulfillment time from hours to minutes, improve inventory accuracy to 97%, and scale their order capacity by 500% without increasing headcount.
