1. Inventory for Consumable Materials
Management of consumables and educational supplies across warehouses, initial stock setup, counting (physical inventory), and ongoing tracking of stock levels.
2. Contact & Participant Management
Enhanced contact management with special modules to track participants in their programs and events, including registrants, attendees, their status, communication, and feedback.
3. Procurement (Purchase App)
Automating purchase requests to vendors, tracking approvals, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies needed for educational programs and operations.
4. Accounting for Serbia
Full adaptation of Odoo Accounting to comply with Serbian accounting standards, including chart of accounts, tax / VAT compliance, financial reporting, integration with national systems (including electronic invoice / SEF where needed), and precise bookkeeping.
5. Offers and Invoicing via Odoo / SEF Integration
Automation of generating quotes and converting them into invoices, with transmission to SEF (Serbian fiscal‑reporting / e‑invoicing) systems in line with legal requirements.
6. Project Management (Project App)
Handling multiple internal and external projects — educational programs, event planning, content delivery — with task tracking, resource allocation, deadlines and milestones.
7. CRM & Sales Opportunities
Management of leads, follow‑ups, corporate partnerships, course sales, and event registrations, plus analysis of conversion and revenue opportunities.

Organization and execution of events (hundreds of attendees), enabling participants to purchase tickets for events and enroll in courses via an online store / eCommerce module.
