Jay Logistics (Private) Limited operates in the logistics and supply chain industry, providing warehousing, inventory management, and distribution services to customers across various sectors. 

To streamline their operations, we implemented Odoo Accounting, Purchase, Sales and Inventory modules with a solution tailored to their business model. A key feature of the implementation is the ability to manage customer-owned inventory stored in Jay Logistics' warehouses, ensuring complete visibility and accurate stock tracking without compromising ownership records. 

We also implemented project-wise Profit & Loss reporting, enabling management to monitor the profitability of each customer engagement and logistics project. With Odoo in place, Jay Logistics now benefits from real-time inventory visibility, improved financial control, accurate customer stock management and data-driven decision-making, resulting in greater operational efficiency and enhanced customer service.
