The group has grown into a regional powerhouse, operating as a holding company for three subsidiaries: DBS (retail), IDS (distribution), and IDM (manufacturing). From retail stores across Lebanon and KSA to exports reaching over 23 countries, Izzat Daouk is recognized as a trusted authority in professional and consumer-grade beauty, hair, and body care products. As the company continues to expand, Izzat Daouk sought a unified digital transformation to connect its manufacturing, distribution, and retail operations. To achieve this, they partnered with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, to implement a robust and scalable ERP system that supports their entire ecosystem. The new Odoo implementation covers key departments across all subsidiaries, including Accounting (with full Lebanese localization), HR and Payroll, Sales, POS, Inventory, MRP, Purchases, and Fleet Management. Customized modules for customer loyalty, coupons, and multi-currency POS setups were also introduced to enhance the in-store experience. Through this partnership, Izzat Daouk is set to benefit from operational visibility, ensuring continued growth and innovation in the beauty industry—both locally and internationally.
