Bosmans Machines B.V. uit Neer in midden Limburg (NL) bestaat sinds 2013 en houdt zich bezig met de inkoop, verkoop en verhuur van machines. Denk aan tractoren., shovels. graafmachines, dumpers, hoogwerkers, heftrucks en verreikers. Bosmans bedient met hun verkoop en verhuur
zowel zakelijke als particuliere klanten, in Nederland, België, maar ook daarbuiten. Bij Bosmans draait het om flexibiliteit, snelheid en geen NEE verkopen: Niet zeveren, snel leveren is het devies.
Bosmans is in 2023 al gestart met Odoo om de processen (en modules) verkoop, verhuur, inkoop, voorraad en boekhouding te beheren. In 2025 meldden zij zich bij Open2bizz met het
verzoek hun huidige Odoo gebruik in kaart te brengen en te evalueren op efficiency en correct gebruik. Ze hadden zelf de indruk dat het werken in en met Odoo efficiënter zou moeten
kunnen en dat ze veel meer uit Odoo zouden moeten kunnen halen dat ze tot dat moment deden.
Door de processen goed in beeld te brengen en vast te leggen in documentatie is Open2bizz Bosmans gaan meenemen in de processen zoals ze in standaard Odoo verlopen en de gedachten daarachter. Hiermee heeft Open2bizz de bestaande vragenlijst van Bosmans beantwoord en ontstaat er grip op het correct vastleggen deze processen in Odoo. Doordat Bosmans de processen beter vastlegt, kan Open2bizz ook de rapportage behoeft van Bosmans voorzien, zodat Odoo steeds beter in staat wordt Bosmans van stuurinformatie te voorzien. Hurt / Detal
