Kuwait Protocol implemented Odoo to support and streamline their end-to-end retail and operations workflow. The implementation included Purchase, Inventory, Point of Sale, and Accounting modules, fully integrated with their Shopify online store to ensure synchronized stock and seamless sales operations across physical and online channels. Since its establishment, Vivenza beauty concept vowed to bring to Kuwait the finest and all-time favorite fragrances and cosmetics brands from around the world.The concept evolved through the years, expanding its offer and spreading its network of shops across Kuwait until it proudly became the leader of independent beauty retailers with 13 shops and counting.

This comprehensive project involved a detailed system study, installation, implementation, training, and a final sign-off. The system was enhanced by integrating key modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Invoicing, along with additional features like WhatsApp integration and appointment scheduling.
