St Joseph Schools
St Joseph Schools required a more centralized and efficient way to manage accounting operations and expense management across multiple locations. Through the implementation of Odoo, we helped unify financial processes into one connected system, improving visibility, control, and day-to-day financial management across the organization.Accounting workflows became faster, more accurate, and easier to manage through a centralized setup that allowed multiple school locations to operate within a single platform. Financial data could now be monitored more effectively, while reporting and oversight became clearer and more streamlined for management teams.
We also integrated automatic bank synchronization with BOV accounts, allowing transactions to flow directly into the system and significantly improving reconciliation processes. Bank reconciliations became faster and more reliable, reducing manual work and helping the finance team maintain up-to-date financial records with greater accuracy.
To further improve efficiency, we implemented AI-powered invoice scanning and document processing, making it easier to capture supplier invoices, upload financial documents, and automate data entry. This reduced administrative workload while improving document organization and traceability across the accounting process.
The result is a more connected, scalable, and efficient financial management system powered by Odoo — helping St Joseph Schools simplify accounting operations, improve expense control, and manage multiple locations through one centralized platform. Edukacja
Stichting Education Warehouse, Mike Hoppezak
Stichting Education Warehouse (ANBI) stelt de onderwijspraktijk centraal als basis voor ontwikkeling, beleid en onderzoek. Vanuit de stichting ondersteunen “eddies” de uitwisseling tussen educatieteams door heel Nederland, om zo gezamenlijk het inzicht te creëren dat nodig is voor ontwikkeling, onderzoek en beleid binnen het onderwijs. Met eigen inzet en behulp van de beschikbare Odoo-video’s is de stichting zelfstandig overgestapt van Nextcloud naar Odoo, waaronder CRM, Verkoop, Projecten en Urenregistratie.Voor de ingebruikname van de Boekhouding-app was de wens om samen te werken met een Odoo Boekhouding-specialist van dooIT. Swapnanagar Bidyaniketon
Swapnanagar Bidyaniketan is the first-ever school in a rural locality of Chittagong district, Bangladesh. Here children come from neighbouring families sustaining life below the poverty line. Before this school, there are hardly any children in this locality who ever went to school. The school was formally initiated in 2009 by a like-minded group of people and is currently run under the society registered as Swapnanagar, and from then the school has been growing in its own way.As a non profit under Swapnanagar Society, it has to carry out yearly audit of its financial transactions and Odoo accounting will be used to digitise that part of the operation to ensure transparency to its donors.
