Bi Communications (SMC-Pvt) Limited, founded in 2011, is a Dubai-based digital agency with

operations in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Pakistan. As the company grew, it struggled with

manual HR processes, including payroll, employee data, and leave management.

To address these challenges, Synavos implemented a customized Odoo SH solution, deploying

modules for Employee, Payroll, Attendance, Time Off, and Accounting. An integrated

self-service portal allowed staff to manage profiles, request leave, and apply for loans. The

automation streamlined workflows, reduced manual effort, and improved overall HR efficiency.
