What braintec implemented:
braintec implemented a comprehensive digitalisation of André Koch's central business processes in Odoo. The financial processes – including complete accounting, asset accounting, automated invoice dispatch by email and post, and an integrated customer refund process – were efficiently mapped in Odoo ERP.
The sales process was also comprehensively digitised: the management of individual price lists per customer and the integration of Central Biller Distribution enable centralised invoicing of all sales orders directly in Odoo.
Warehouse management is fully automated using the barcode app and modern Zebra scanners, and shipping processes such as label and delivery note creation are quick and easy. Customised interfaces to logistics service providers such as Camion Transport, Post or DHL enable seamless shipping processing.
Another highlight is the individually designed B2B web shop. With portal access and role-based rights assignment, the e-commerce shop offers André Koch's customers an intuitive and user-friendly shopping experience.
