With thousands of SKUs (frames, lenses, sunglasses) and complex attributes, controlling inventory across 60 branches using manual methods frequently caused discrepancies.

Every transaction, from sales and stock entries to payroll, is automatically recorded in the Accounting module. By May 2025, the project officially went live, transforming the face of the entire Anna Eyewear system:

All stock movements across 60 branches are updated in real-time. Inventory discrepancies have been virtually eliminated.



At the Executive Level

Financial reports and business metrics are extracted instantly. Leadership can monitor the "health" of the entire system anytime, anywhere with just a few clicks.
