I'm wondering if there's any way to set my subscriptions to generate invoices that stay in a Draft state. The reason I need this is so the user can add, if necessary, new items to that particular invoice.
The reason I also cannot just instruct them to just set to draft and confirm again, has to do with the localization of my country.
I seem to remember that it was possible in previous versions, but I haven't been able to do it in this version.
Would appreciate any advice.

Odoo removed that feature. Here is a issue reported about it on Github, which they closed without a resolution: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/118858
