Hello,
i'm using now ODOO 14 but i need a solution if it is possible in any version i will install it.


In my environment, I don't need to create quotes to my customers, I know them and we work together for a long time, and I send product to them 3 to 4 times in the month, and I have only 10 products and every one of my customers know the price (in stead I use list price and every group of customers had a price)

We use another software for billing now and it is possible to directly create a delivery note and transfer this delivery note into an invoice, so there is only two steps.

Is it possible to do the same with ODOO, create delivery note and transfer it to invoice, just two steps?

why you avoid sales order and/or quotation ?

Beste antwoord

In a way Odoo does the same thing. You can enter products into a quotation and immediately click 'Confirm Order' and it will generate a delivery order automatically (1st step).

You can then invoice directly from the sales order (2nd step)

This way Odoo retains all the relevant information if you wish to integrate the accounting application or others
