user access issue

am writing to request urgent assistance with an access issue we are experiencing in our system. Our setup includes multiple companies, each with its own set of unique customers. However, some of our users are encountering access errors when attempting to view customers assigned to their respective companies.
For example, user ID 16, who is associated with Company X, is unable to access customers of Company X through the Point of Sale system. When they attempt to search for a customer, the follow

THERE NO MULTIPLE COMPANIES TO THAT USER HE ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO ONE BRANCH AND THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT WHEN HE TRIES TO ACCESS CUSTOMERS THROUGH P.O.S THAT ERROR OCCURS.

Hi,
To ensure that not only are multiple companies enabled for
the user, but also that those companies are activated. If a company is
not activated, users associated with that company may encounter access
errors when trying to view or interact with records within that company.
By activating the relevant companies, you can ensure that users have
access to the necessary data and functionalities within each company
they are associated with.
