If you want to update a line in inventory adjustment via an import (not just here, in any model in Odoo, if you want to update a record), you can just select them from the list view, export the selected ones with the "External ID" (if you check the checkbox about "I want to update data (import-compatible export)", it will be automatically exported). Then make the changes on the exported file and import the edited file again. The lines with the matched External ID will be updated. Don't forget to map the column for External ID, which usually Odoo will recognize automatically.
