Hi,

This is not bug. Right now the logged in user is not a related user for no employees, that is why you are getting blank screen.

So you have to set the logged in user as the related user for an employee.

Open Employees -> Employees, then create or select an existing employee and assign the user as the related user for the employee.

Then login to the user account there you can see the check in check out option.
