Thank you. There was no group added by default. After adding groups everything looks fine.

Are you able to see menu named Email Marketing ? If not activate the debug mode and navigate to Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Menu items and see whether the menu record is there or not, you can do it by simply searching the email marketting in the search box.

If the menu exists there, check the Groups given for the menu and see whether the same group is assigned to logged in users, if not add the user to the group and refresh the screen and see.

Also if you can confirm whether it is access rights issue or not by simply activating the super user mode.
