i have installed a backend theme, after checking the things, i have uninstalled it, deleted module from Apps but it is showing its icons on main page of my Odoo Enterprise Edition, how i can restore original icons of the default backend theme? i have restarted server and cleared browser cache too, and deleted its folder from addons.

1)In the below screenshot you can see the apps icon is not changed when i uninstalled the theme.To restore original backend theme you can follow the below steps
2.Go to Apps -> From the apps search for base module.
3)Upgrade the base module.
4)After upgrading the base module you can see that the original theme is get restored

thank you @Cybrosys for reply but it is showing error when Upgrading base module as instructed, its saying that x_supervisor does not exist, the field x_supervisor i have added through Settings -> Technical -> Models. i am posting 3 screenshots for your reference, please advise.
due to screenshots, i have to use Answer option as in comment i can't add those screenshots.
