Hi everyone, i am new to Odoo world.

let's get to the point, so i have tried to install odoo 13 on windows, but when i launch the installer, and start to configure it, the postgreSQL checkbox seems passive and can't be tick. i've been trying many methods that you guys gave in this forum, yet i still don't see a good sign of it. if i force to install it until complete, it gives me 500 internal server error etc etc at launch...... i am kinda frustrated at this point. i don't know how to fix this. i tried to uninstall it using certain app so it will clean it until registy, yet it didn't change anything when i launch the installer again... please help me... and i'm sorry if my english is bad and messed up.
