M Doors sells a door to a customer

They buy the door from L Doors who should drop ship the door to the customer. A PO Is automatically made 

L Doors, confirm the Sales Order which is automatically made. 

They buy the door from U Doors So a PO Is automatically made

U Doors Confirm the automatic sales order and manufacture the product. Before shipping to L, who ship to the customer.

In 12 this was really easyh as I used shared products and changed the route depending on the company.

I cant do this is 13 as the different routes do not work on a shared product anymore.

I cannot confirm sales and purchase orders because the odoo bot is set in the wrong company. If I remove odoo bot as a follower, its fine,

I cannot manufacture right at the very end because the route is wrong.

Do i have to have the same product there three times to have a different route?
