Today I am facing issue / error while posting answer to the questions.
I am facing following error when I post the answer:
After that when I refresh the page I see following error message:
Even when I try to delete my comment, same issue.
Is it only me who is having this issue or everyone is having same issue?
Others peoples have the same bug after migration to v11. Odoo team is working on it.
EDIT: 2/28/2018 4PM GMT => bug should be fixed
I hope it will be solved ASAP because due to this I am not able to post the answers and cannot help the people.
Still having same issue in many questions, answers, comments. I hope it will be fixed ASAP.

I had the same problem and the solution was removing all the links from the post.

I think I´ve got an explanation:
If your karma points are below 20 you cannot post images or links within your posts but when you submit your post it just fails with a 403 withouth any usefull error. So, teh solution for me was to remove images and links from it.
No, at that time I had more than enough karma needed. It was the bug and was fixed by the core team.
I was having the same issue trying to answer questions.
Here is a case I can reproduce...
If I copy an html link and paste the link into the answer, I get a 403.
If I just put the link in as text, I can save my answer.
