Hi!

I work with an UK-based fintech startup. Our service simplifies the process of receiving/sending payments by generating a unique link that automatically fills in the recipient’s bank details (the payment is processed by a banking app). 

We are now in need of a landing page to sell POS materials to our business customers. However our main goal is to integrate our payment system as a payment method, by adding it as a custom Odoo Module (it is in our interest that other Odoo clients also could use our Module on their websites). 

The issue is that I have already found technical information on developing external modules (https://www.odoo.com/documentation/14.0/developer/howtos/backend.html), but I could not find the legal information (who will own the module after its public release, should we provide any certificates, will it be considered as a partnership with Odoo etc).

I would really appreciate any help in that matter, thanks!
