I am trying to fetch attendance details from ESSL fringer print device. i am using a third party module (Biometric Device Integration) available in odoo app store developed by Cybrosys Techno Solutions. It working fine except it fetch partial employee and attendance record. Ex: in our device have 25 employee records and attendance details. When i download it to the odoo, only get 13 employees records. i don't know why. If anybody has any clue please help me.
Hi,
Not sure what exactly the problem is. Make sure that the device id of the employee is set in the employee master. Also if you are able to make adjustments in the code, you can add some print statements in the download_attendance function and see whether from the device all the attendance data is getting.
