Hi everyone,

When translating our company's sales process into Odoo 8, we encountered some difficulties.

Situation outline:
Company X has a shop (Shop A) with a warehouse at the same location (Warehouse A). Products are supplied to this location through Warehouse B. Customers can order products online or at Shop A. Products are either sent directly to customers by warehouse B or they can be picked up at Shop A. Either way, Warehouse B has to pick the products.

Currently, when in Shop A a Sales Order is made for a customer that has to be supplied by Warehouse B, Company X is chosen as delivery address. This is done to make clear for employees of Warehouse B  that the order has to be sent to Company X for customer pick-up. In this situation, when the order is picked and clicked on 'Transfer' at Warehouse B, the order is closed. However it is not at the customer yet, meaning there is no insight in where the products are at that moment.

Question:
Now the question is how Odoo we should configure for this specific situation. In other words, how can we send the order from Warehouse B to the customer at Shop A of Company X without closing the order by clicking 'Transfer' at Warehouse B?
