Thanks for your reply, I checked the video. I created a form on the website for approval requests (approval app). However, I want to let portal users see what the status of the approval is from the portal.

So I was looking to add a new item (approval requests) in the following list: https://ibb.co/1RbJNqk

and I wanted to link that item, to a portal web page such as this one (helpdesk ticket) with the approval request of the portal user: https://ibb.co/gZ6vNhz

However, I don't know where I can add new web pages for the portal.

Ohh I see, I have to create a web controller for the route to be accessible.
Is this not possible to do through user interface? I am in Odoo online.
