Is there a way to directly export the product cost structure to .CSV? I have tried using the built in export tool but it does not give an option for the cost of the individual bom lines, nor the supplier.

Go to Manufacturing > Configuration > Bill of Material Components, select all BOM lines and then click on export.
On the export window, select "Export all data" as export type, you can then expand the product field to select the cost.

Can we show BOM report with quantity <> 0 please?
Because we did set some components with quantity = 0.
