Is there a way to integrate Freschat with Help Desk (Odoo)?

Is there a better platform that works with Help Desk (Odoo) that is better than Freschat and that allows easier integration?

There is a way to automate Help Desk (Odoo) to use it as a customer contact tool and replace Freschat, it should meet the minimum requirements that Freschat has, not necessarily all of them. (In this option you must at least have the WhatsApp chat)

There are other alternatives that allow for active online support management connected to Odoo.
