I found a way.

Enable extra step in the settings in front-end (edit the checkout page)

You can ask for an order reference.

If you edit the order reference page, you can point the form to /shop/address?address_type=billing in stead of /shop/payment/ 

I still could not force a company name, but at least an address and country.

Question remains: How can i force a company name. I will not be doing business with private persons.

Aaand it does not work. You go to that page, can filout everything but the url should be /shop/address?partner_id=[new user id]

I really hate it that such a basic function works crappy in Odoo. I mean, requesting customer info when ordering, i never came accross a webshop that could not do that.

The "address form settings", is it in the front end? Since there i can't set required fields. I can only enable B2B. Selecting a field in that form does not do anything.

If it is in the back-end, could you point me in the right direction? I am still on the free plan, so i do not have all the modules. A screenshot might help.
