Error on trying to replenish

Question

So I have a products that I'd like to try and replenish with the automation system like this.

this is the replenishment rules that I'm using, I already set the inventory routes to Beli, so I don't think there should be any issue here.

is there something that I'm doing wrong? any help is appreciated!

As @Lars Aam specifies, replenishment usually is accomplished with a buy or manufacture route. Incases where you might have more than 1 WH is it also possible to replenish 1 WH from the other.
You can configure replenishment from Inventory > Operations > Replenishments (your 1st screenshot). Use the double arrow to the right of the header row to view 'Preferred route' and 'trigger' fields
From your 2nd screen shot (Product inventory tab) am tending to believe that you might not have installed 'P

I am not familiar with community version, but I guess it is not very different from Enterprise for replenishment.
First: Is replenishment is used having enough stock on hand. The reorder rule for the product should specify to which location you will fill up the stock.  So inbound replenishment.The route for replenishment and  rule setup should should have a stock location as destination.
Your route Beli, have customer as destination.  This is for sales and not for replenishment.
