Hi,

In the salary rule you may have set the Amount Type as Fixed Amount, once you select the type as Fixed Amount you will get a new field to enter the Fixed Amount by default the amount is 0.0 .

You can set the fixed amount here, even though you edited the value in the payslip lines and when clicking the confirm button , the amount will get replaced by the amount you set here.

In your case the set amount might be Zero. Thats why on confirming the entered value get replaced by Zero

Better you can set the value here.
