Stuck in serious issue and there is no solution working for this...
I have daily leads of 30+ with all new customers in leads.
I am trying to upload all leads via CSV to CRM pipelines.
Upload is working and new leads getting upload but the 'Customer' details which are present in the CSV are not used to create a new customer with their respective data as 'Phone, Email'.

Above is the samle data in my CSV.I tried all mapping available in names.. . but none works.
This customer data is going in lead -> follow-up -> contact person name. but not on top where the customer data is displayed and you can create new customer.
However, phone number and email gets shown in Customer but new customer is not getting created..
manually, creating leads works though and able to create customers on the fly.... but this ' new customer creation' not working..
Please help team.. Its a total blocker..
