Clarification on Creating Companies and Users in the Odoo Database

Question

I have a question regarding creating additional companies and users in the Odoo database, and I would appreciate your clarification.

I understand that adding new users comes with an additional cost. However, I am uncertain about whether there are any charges for creating new companies within the same database. Could you please confirm if adding companies incurs additional fees or if there is any limit or restriction associated with this?

In Odoo:

✅ *Companies*: You can create multiple companies from *Settings > Companies*. Each company has separate data (customers, products, journals).

✅ *Users*:

When creating a user, assign them to one or more companies via the *"Allowed Companies"* field.

The *“Current Company”* field controls what the user sees and works with at any given moment.

Superusers can access all companies. Normal users see data only from their allowed company.
