This is targeted to odoo8.0, I am working on odoo11.0. Though I converted it to 11.0 and it installed successfully but couldn't see anything on the systray.  Moreover the path of image icon is css file is also not recognized (as highlighted the error in pycharm IDE). The used path is 

background: url(/webshortcut/static/src/img/addshortcut.png) no-repeat center center;
