Is there any way to customise the Customer Statement PDF so that the company logo etc is visible on it? I would also like to be able to remove the date and time that the PDF was generated.

The Customer Statement as shipped in V18 isn't a QWeb report, it uses the Accounting Report Engine. There used to be an Odoo supplied installable module that provided a QWeb customer statement in V17, but that was removed from V18.
I have a V19.0 test system running, and it appears Customer Statement is now referred to as "Due" from the Customer Card (where it was "Customer Statement"), and is appears even less formatted than the V18 statement.

The studio button is available on every other part of the app, both on mobile devices and on desktop, but it isn't available for the customer statement. Christoph (above) has said that it isn't available on the customer statement at present - but Odoo 19 will make it available.

Hi Natasha,
If you are not seeing the studio button, I would first check the app is downloaded, then after I would activate developer mode in your settings. This should give you also give you access to edit a statement.

You can do that using Odoo Studio - or custom development, if you're not on an Enterprise subscription.

Thank you Christoph. I do have the enterprise subscription, but the studio icon is not available when I use the Customer Statement button to create the report (see snipped screenshot below). I have looked in the reports list too and I cannot find one that matches the name. I am looking at creating a custom report that will do what I need it to do, but this seems like a lot of work when the report is already there, I would just like to edit the layout.
My bad, statements work differently. Odoo 18.4 - and therefore soon 19.0 would have you covered with a much nicer layout though... See https://demo.odoo.com
