Om hun interne processen te stroomlijnen en beter overzicht te krijgen, koos Soria Bel voor Odoo als centraal ERP-platform. In de volgende fases wordt het gebruik van Odoo uitgebreid naar voorraadbeheer, productie en verkoop. The cooperation started with the digitisation of the accounting system, focusing on transparency, ease of use and connection to existing processes. This immediately gave the finance team better insight into the figures and reduced manual work.

In the next phases, the use of Odoo will be extended to inventory management, production and sales. Thanks to this phased approach, Soria Bel maintains control over the changes, with Nalios as an involved partner that grows with the organisation.
