PORTBRIDGE - UNDERBRIDGE ENGINEERING LDA

Portbridge - Underbridge Engineering Lda is a civil engineering company based in Lisbon, specializing in the construction and maintenance of bridges and infrastructure. Serving clients in Portugal and Europe, the company needed an integrated solution to manage complex projects and teams across multiple locations.

Portbridge struggled with non-integrated project management, accounting and procurement systems, resulting in project delays and additional project costs due to manual errors. The lack of real-time visibility made it difficult to track budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

We implemented Odoo ERP with Project Management, Accounting, Purchasing and Inventory modules. We set up custom workflows to manage schedules, budgets and resources, integrating the system with internal communication tools. The team received extensive training to ensure system adoption.

The integration of financial and purchasing processes has cut administrative costs. Resource allocation has become more efficient, increasing the capacity to take on new projects.
