Orthodent Laboratory, Inc. manufactures high-precision dental products based on individual

prescriptions provided by doctors. They specialize in customization and precision-based orders

but are struggling with manufacturing inefficiencies in their current system. They use a dental

software called EasyRx but need a solution that can integrate with it to streamline their

manufacturing processes, reduce material wastage, track employee efficiency, and avoid

involving third parties for invoices.

Brainvire helped them streamline the manufacturing process using Odoo. They created custom

products, activated relevant bill of material (BOM) structures, and established an assembly line.

This helped identify the manufacturing process for each product at different work centers,

defining job roles and costs per process. Key performance indicators (KPIs) were added to track

employee performance. Odoo also facilitated invoice generation without involving third parties,

providing secure online payment options and tracking payments with banks and clients. As a

result, the client experienced improved process efficiency, cost management, optimum

utilization of machines and resources, and secure data management for invoices.
