As a leading paint distribution and retail company operating a multi-branch network across Ghana, they serve walk-in customers, professional painters, corporate clients, distributors, and showroom buyers. However, their existing system was heavily customized and siloed, limiting scalability, automation, and operational visibility across branches. Having previously worked with another Odoo partner but not satisfied with the results, M&K Ghana partnered with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, to implement a comprehensive Odoo ERP solution integrating Accounting, Inventory and Stock Control, Sales & CRM, multi-branch POS and showroom management, advanced reporting dashboards, and a customized Painters Loyalty Program designed to track commissions and rewards for professional painters across all branches. This unified platform enables centralized oversight while maintaining branch-level operations, improves financial and inventory transparency, automates sales workflows, and provides real-time analytics to support data-driven decision-making, positioning M&K Ghana for scalable growth in the competitive paints and coatings market.
