Initial Objectives:

  • Replace a fragmented software landscape with a unified platform

  • Enable consistency and transparency across financial and project operations

  • Start with a focused deployment in 3–4 European offices before scaling globally

  • Project Management: Structured collaboration and tracking for internal and client-facing projects

  • Consolidation: Support for group-level financial consolidation across subsidiaries
