De stichting ICCO, opgericht in 1964, was het enige lid van de coöperatie.Sinds 1 januari 2021 is ICCO gefuseerd met Cordaid. Dat betekent dat Cordaid de aandeelhouder is van ICCO Group B.V. en haar dochtermaatschappijen. De organisaties hebben hun netwerken, kennis en infrastructuur samengevoegd om de impact van hun werk in ontwikkelingslanden te vergroten.
