Form Pilates Studio

‘With FORM I wanted to create a space that felt Peaceful and Private. Somewhere where clients felt they could escape to. Classes are small with no more than 4 in a group. This gives a friendly unique experience compared to larger group reformer classes. I really wanted clients to feel like they were getting a quality experience. I have ensured that every Instructor that teaches at FORM is trained in the Pilates Method, not a ‘PT in disguise’. This means they have trained under an industry recognised Pilates Provider. I’ve invested in some of the best equipment available to give clients variation during a workout. Our reformer beds are larger than most studios which are perfect for those who are taller, for anyone pregnant or suffering with injuries. The Tower is amazing for rehabilitation, especially for knee or lower back injuries. It’s also a fantastic piece of equipment to add for further strength training in a Reformer class. Finally the Chair, one of the hardest pieces of equipment to master. It is amazing at building strength in the arms and legs where the reformer just can’t target.
