FEDERAÇÃO PORTUGUESA DE REMO

A Federação Portuguesa de Remo (FPR) é a entidade responsável pela promoção, organização e regulamentação da prática do remo em Portugal, desempenhando o papel de autoridade desportiva nacional na modalidade. Constituída como federação unidesportiva, é uma pessoa coletiva de direito privado, de utilidade pública desportiva e sem fins lucrativos, orientada para o desenvolvimento e valorização do remo em todas as suas vertentes.

Entre as suas principais responsabilidades destacam-se a organização de competições oficiais, a representação dos atletas e seleções nacionais em provas internacionais, bem como a definição e implementação de normas e regulamentos da modalidade. A FPR promove ainda o desenvolvimento do remo em Portugal, apoiando clubes, atletas e agentes desportivos, e incentivando a prática da modalidade tanto a nível competitivo como recreativo.
