To strengthen operational control and integrate its core functions, RASCO Global Solutions (Pvt) Ltd implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP solution covering finance, sales, manufacturing, inventory, and human resource management.

The solution includes accounting for complete financial control; sales management for streamlined order processing; inventory and purchase management for real-time visibility and procurement efficiency; manufacturing, quality, and maintenance for structured production, process control, and equipment reliability; and a full HR suite covering employee management, attendance, payroll, and time-off tracking. A customized Labor Payment Management App was also developed to accurately manage and align labor payments with production activities.
