Tourtex
Tourtex is actief in vastgoedbeheer en ondersteunt verschillende vennoten bij het beheren van uitgebreide vastgoedportefeuilles. Hun activiteiten omvatten het opvolgen van huurgelden, meterstanden, facturatie en alle administratieve processen die horen bij professioneel vastgoedbeheer. Tourtex had nood aan een oplossing die hun boekhouding, vastgoedbeheer en multicompany werking samenbrengt in één centrale omgeving. De consolidatie over meerdere vennoten maakte hun administratie complex en tijdsintensief. Met Odoo beschikken ze nu over een helder en geïntegreerd systeem dat financiële opvolging, facturatie, huuradministratie en pandinformatie overzichtelijk bundelt. Elk pand fungeert als een eigen “voorraad” met volledige historiek en detailinformatie, wat het beheer eenvoudiger en betrouwbaarder maakt.

Au travers de configurations et de développements, nous avons implémenté leurs processus en mettant en place une solution Odoo dédiée. Ce projet a impliqué une phase de conceptualisation importante des processus, menée en étroite collaboration avec le client.
Nous avons personnalisé et configuré spécifiquement les modules Odoo suivants : Ventes, Facturation, Achats, Contacts, CRM. Cette intégration a permis d'unifier l'ensemble de ces processus au sein d'un même outil de gestion.
