…die ZusammenarbeitWir unterstützten BikeBox AG bei der vollständigen Implementierung der Finanzbuchhaltung in Odoo, und das innerhalb von nur zwei Monaten. Die Integration beinhaltete eine reibungslose Migration von Lieferanten- und Bankdaten, was für nahtlose Abläufe sorgte. Der Kreditorenprozess wurde vollständig digitalisiert, einschliesslich KI-gestützter Rechnungsprüfung und -verarbeitung. Mit sechs Standorten in der Schweiz haben wir eine Lösung implementiert, die landesweit den Betrieb unterstützt, sowie eine automatisierte Betriebsbuchhaltung, die wertvollen Einblicke zur Bewertung der Filialleistung bietet. Nach dem Go-Live haben wir einen Post-Go-Live Hypercare Support bereitgestellt, um einen reibungslosen Übergang zu gewährleisten. Die nächste Phase des Projekts, die Integration der Geschäftsprozesse mit POS, Lagerverwaltung, Einkauf, Service und Webshops, ist bereits in Arbeit und wird am 1. Juli 2025 live gehen.

Durch zuverlässige Logistik, breite Produktpaletten und starken Onlinehandel gehört das Unternehmen zu den agilen Playern in der Branche.Im Projekt mit Blue Box haben wir eine Multicompany-Struktur in Odoo aufgebaut, um die Buchhaltung, Lagerverwaltung und Website für drei Ländergesellschaften in einem zentralen System zu konsolidieren. Besonderes Augenmerk lag auf einer skalierbaren Lagerlogistik und der Abbildung komplexer Prozesse mit klarer Trennung nach Ländern. Die Anbindung und Gestaltung der Webpräsenz erfolgte ebenfalls vollständig in Odoo, sodass ein durchgängiger digitaler Auftritt realisiert werden konnte.
