Sales from multiple locations were connected with head office processes, creating real-time visibility of stock levels, product costing, PRA integration and daily performance. Production planning for in-house products was aligned with retail demand, while digital communication channels improved customer interaction and service response.
For Rafum Industries, a dedicated solution was designed to automate the complete footwear manufacturing and corporate workflow. The platform now manages product development, production planning, quality assurance, procurement, financial processes, FBR E-invoicing integration, tax compliance, and human resource operations within a single environment. Manual interventions were reduced, approvals became transparent, and information now flows seamlessly between departments.
The transformation has delivered stronger control over margins and inventory, faster decision making, reliable compliance processes, and connected teams across the organization.
