Carnaby Cosmetics is a Greek manufacturer of professional cosmetic products, focusing on the development and production of high quality beauty and skincare solutions. The company combines modern production methods with strict quality standards to ensure consistency, safety, and performance across its product portfolio.

As Carnaby’s sales continued to grow and production volumes increased, the company needed a more structured way to manage purchasing, production processes, and inventory. Manufacturing operations required detailed documentation and traceability, while several workflows relied on manual forms and disconnected tools. This made it difficult to maintain a clear overview of raw materials, production stages, and quality control procedures.

Dileanity implemented Odoo as the company’s central operational platform, integrating Purchases, Sales, Warehouse Management (WMS), Manufacturing, and Quality management into a single system. Special emphasis was placed on the digitalization of production documentation, where manufacturing forms were configured in Odoo to record detailed  production data, quality checks, and traceability information throughout the manufacturing process.

With Odoo, Carnaby Cosmetics now manages the full lifecycle of its operations from raw material procurement to production and product distribution within a unified environment. The system provides better coordination between purchasing, warehouse, and manufacturing teams, while ensuring that all production data and quality records are captured digitally and remain easily accessible.
