I have an odoo 14 instance with a custom e-mail server configured. It does send and receive mails without problems. But there is a detail, in the button "view Task" (Ver tarea) the link is incorrect.

https://mycustomserver.com/mail/view?model=project.task&res_id=1224 is the generted, but it is invalid, it should be something like this:

https://mycustomserver.com/web#action=157&active_id=36&cids=1&id=1224&menu_id=111&model=project.task&view_type=form

I been reading the documentation but I can't find anything about it.
