Hi guys. Relatively new to Odoo. I am conscious of how quickly the database / file store grows. Ours isn’t a problem at the moment - but I’m thinking of a couple of years down the line - so want to get on top of it from the start.

Looking through the attachments, it’s seems to mainly be pdf files from when we have emailed a job or invoice to a customer.
 
My question:
I assume there is no harm in just simply deleting these pdf files?

Can anyone reccomend an app that would automatically delete alll pdf files that are older than 2 months for example?

Or a way to not have them saved in the beginning?I have the email templates set on auto-delete. But this doesn’t solve anything as the emails and their  attachments still show up on the sale order page ( or invoice page , delivery page etc... ) and the attachment is still stored. 

any help much appreciated.
