I can't find any signs of modules to integrate Asterisk with v9c. Is anyone aware of a way to get Akretion's Click2dial to work in v9, or a different solution?

You can port Akretion's module to 9.0 or you rely on Odoo's enterprise edition.
Update 2106/08/03: Akretion did port their module: https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/asterisk_click2dial/
